This PI captures passenger’s exposure hours recorded during given quarter.


DefinitionThe passenger exposure hours are the aggregated total number of hours all passengers have spent on board the ship during given quarter counted from time of embarkation till time of disembarkation.

Example

Three passengers on board, each for 10 full days * 24 hours = 720 hours. Add the hours for embarkation and disembarkation days. Passengers embarked at 11:00 AM and disembarked 08:00 AM = 8 hrs * 3 + 13 hours *3 = 63 hours = 783 total passenger exposure hours
