  1. Which file formats are available for exporting data?

    The Shipping KPI System supports a range of formats to export your data. Depending on user requests, we will keep adding formats and describe them directly on the export section.


  2. Which file formats are available for importing data?

    The same formats supported for export are also supported for importing data. We recommend to initially enter some data manually and then export your own data as a blueprint for future data imports.

  3. Why so many different formats?

    We want to make it as easy as possible to enter data into the Shipping KPI System. In the end Shipping KPI System gains value for its users with the amount of benchmarking made possible.

  4. My system does not support any of your formats. Can you support format X?

    Please check whether you can bring your data into one of the existing supported formats. If not send us a detailed description of your format for us to have a look.

    We will try to accommodate your needs where possible. In any event we can discuss a sponsored development if none of the existing formats suit your needs.


  5. Can I repeat an upload in case I need to correct data?

    You can always repeat an upload at any given time. In this manner you can repeat a failed upload with a corrected file. Alternatively you or another user from your account (e.g. from a different department) can upload a different file, which complements the data of the previous upload.

  6. What happens in case of errors during data import?

    Shipping KPI System will track your uploads for a later review. The upload log will contain a link to the uploaded file and also an error description, if applicable.

    Shipping KPI System will try to upload as many files as possible. In case of error the upload will be terminated, you will then be able to correct the file and upload it again.
